Cooking Light - Light Recipes
  • > Tuna, French garlic and courgette Pie
Ingredients:
  • 200 g French garlic
    3 Courgettes
  • 2 cans of Bom Petisco Tuna
  • 2 dl Olive oil
  • Parsley q.b.
  • 2 Eggs
  • 20 cl Creams
  • Parsley q.b.
  • Pepper q.b.
  • Nutmeg q.b.
  • 1 Package of Short crust pastry
Preparação:
  • 1. Preheat the oven; turn it to 200 ºC.
  • 2. Open the pastry package and put it in a buttered pie and pick it with a fork.
  • 3. Slice the courgettes and chop the French garlic. Fry the vegetables with the Olive oil.
  • 4. Beat the eggs with the creams, season with salt, pepper and Nutmeg.
  • 5. Join the vegetables, with the shredded tuna and the eggs mixture, put in the parsley and put it in the oven at 180º C for 20 minutes.
