Cooking Light - Light Recipes
  • > Tuna Couscous
Ingredients:
  • 1 ¼ Cup of couscous
  • 4 Boiled Eggs
  • ½ Cup dry Tomato
  • 20 g Coriander
  • 50 g Olives
  • 80 g branch of celery
  • 2 Cans of Bom Petisco Tuna
  • Juice of Lemon q.b.
  • Olive oil q.b.
  • Salt q.b.
  • Black Pepper q.b.
Preparation:
  • 1. In a recipient, cover the couscous with boiling water and let it cook for 15 minutes. Remove the remaining water, and spread it in a tray, let it cool down.
  • 2. Boil the eggs, and cut them in quarts.
  • 3. Chop a branch of celery and cook it for 6 minutes.
  • 4. Chop the coriander, the dry Tomato, and the olives, add the shredded tuna and season with olive oil, salt and pepper, mix the ingredients.
  • 5. Add the ingredients and the couscous in a bowl, finish with the chopped parsley and salt flower.
  • > Egg white, vegetables and tuna Omelet
Ingredients:
  • 8 Egg whites
  • 200 g of Courgette
  • 150 g of Carrots
  • 80 g of Onions
  • 100 g of Chucha Tomato
  • 2 Cans of Bom Petisco Tuna
  • 5 dl of Olive oil
  • Salt q.b.
  • Pepper q.b.
Preparation:
  • 1. Cut the vegetables into cubes of 0,5 cm.
  • 2. In an antiadherent frying pan, fry the vegetables with the olive oil. Start with the onions, followed by the courgette, and when these are cooked but still crust, add shredded tuna, the olives and the tomato.
  • 3. Mix the Egg whites with a fork and season it with salt and pepper. Place the egg whites in the frying pan together with the vegetables. Let it cook and roll it into an omelet with the help of a spatula.
  • 4. Finish it with a bit of salt and pepper.
