1. Chop the cucumber and the carrot in fine slices.
2. Cut the top part of the tomato. Remove the interior with a spoon, adding the pulp to the chopped vegetables and mixing them altogether.
3. Place the boiled egg yolks in a bowl, add the Olive oil and stir it with a fork until you obtain a homogeneous mixture. Add all the ingredients and the shredded tuna, mixing them well. Correct the salt.
4. Chop the boiled egg whites and add them to the mixture along with two spoon of mayonnaise, some chopped parsley and fill the tomatoes with the mixture. Finish with a bit of salt flower and grain pepper.
