Rapid and Delicious
  • > Niçoise Salad
Ingredients:
  • 225 g of green beans (baby)
  • 200 g Potatoes
  • 2 cans of Bom Petisco Tuna
  • 3 Tomatoes
  • 2 Eggs boiled
  • 6 Anchcaviar
  • Parsley
Vinagrete
  • Salt q.b.
  • 1 teaspoon of Dijon Mustard
  • 1 teaspoon of Vinegar/Lemon juice
  • Pepper
  • Olive oil
Preparation:
  • 1. Boil the potatoes with the skin, remove the skin once they are boiled and cut them into cubes.
  • 2. Boil the eggs in water e salt, for 9 minutes, peel them and cut them in four pieces each .
  • 3. Slice the Tomato, open the can of tuna and remove the water.
  • 4. Spread the fresh lettuces in a big plate, add the potatoes, green beans, tuna, tomato and eggs, finish with the anchovies and parsley.
  • 5. Season with the vinaigrette mixture.

Ingredients:
  • 2 Cans of Bom Petisco Tuna
  • 200 g of cottage cheese
  • 2 Boiled Eggs
  • 4 Balls of whole Wheat Bread
Preparation:
  • 1. Boil the eggs in water and salt, remove the shell and separate the yolk from the white. Grate the egg yolk and the egg white into separate recipients, put it aside for now.
  • 2. Open the tuna cans and remove the oil, shred it with the help of a fork.
  • 3. Open the bread and spread the tuna and the cottage cheese, finish the grated egg (egg yolk and egg white).
