1. Cut the cucumber leaving it peel in extremely fine slices. Cut the cherry Tomato in four pieces each, chop the parsley and the onion in fine slices.
2. Open the tuna filet bottle. Mixture the tuna with the mayonnaise.
3. Display the lettuce in a plate; add the cucumber and the onion rings, the cherry tomato. Spread the tuna and season it with parsley, salt flower, pepper, Olive oil and vinegar, mix it all.
4. Finish it with the yogurt.
> Mediterranean Tuna Salad
Ingredients:
200 g Chucha Tomatoes slices
1 can of Bom Petisco Tuna
20 g of basil leaves
1 branch of Parsley
100 g of boiled white beans
200 g of Fusili pasta
100 g of fresh Lettuces
10 g of caper
Olive oil q.b
Salt q.b.
Pepper q.b.
Preparation:
1. Boil the Fusili, in water and salt.
2. Slice the Tomato; select the basil leaves and some branches of parsley.
3. Once it has been cooked , put it back on the pan without the water and add the caper, the Olive oil, the salt, the pepper and the white beans, mix all the ingredients well.
4. Place the lettuces in a big plate, spread the pasta mixture and put the tuna on top. Season it.
