1. In a liquefier, blend the ingredients, until you obtain a homogeneous sauce. Correct the seasoning with salt and pepper.
2. Slice the carrots, the peppers and cucumbers. Serve it with the dip.
> Tuna and mushroon Fusili
Ingredients:
500 g of Fusili pasta
250 g of laminated mushrooms
2,5 dl of creams
2,5 dl of Olive Oil
3 Cans of Bom Petisco Tuna
Nutmeg q.b.
Salt q.b.
Pepper q.b.
8 g Parsley
Parmesan q.b.
Preparation:
1. Cook the Fusili al dente with a bit of Olive oil and salt.
2. In an antiadherent frying pan, fry the mushrooms in hot Olive oil, add the cream, Nutmeg, salt and pepper.
3. Remove the excess water from the boiled pasta, running it through cold water, add the mushroom and cream mixture dos, mix the ingredients and add the chopped parsley.
4. Remove the water from the tuna, shred it and add it to the pasta blending it into the mixture.
