1. Peel the garlic and the onion; chop both of them.
2. Slice the tomato, removing the skin and the seed.
3. Braise the garlic and the onion in Olive oil. Add the rice, the tomato, the pulp and the water. Mix it and let it boil. Cover the pan and let it cook in a soft fire during 15 minutes. Add the coriander awith salt and pepper.
4. Boil the eggs in water and salt.
5. Finish by serving the Tuna filets with the tomato rice and the grated boiled egg on top of the rice.
> Tuna and Apple Ciabatta
Ingredients:
4 Ciabatta
3 Cans of Bom Petisco Tuna
2 Golden Smith Apples
5 dl of Olive Oil
1 bag of fresh lettuces
3 dl of Apple White Vinegar
Salt q.b.
Pepper q.b.
Preparation:
1. Mix the tuna, the Olive oil, the pepper and the salt in a bowl. Stir it up with a spoon until it you obtain a homogeneous mixture.
2. Wash the apple, dry it, cut it in fine slices and place them in another bowl. Spray them with vinegar.
3. Open the ciabatta bread horizontally, put the lettuce and the apple slices in one half, spread the tuna pasta in the other half and close the sandwich.
