  • > Octopus with Garlic
Ingredients:
  • 1 Can of Garlic Pitéu Octopus
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • Olive oil
Preparation:
  • 1. Cut a Garlic clove in two, and fry them with a string of hot Olive oil, toasting the inner parts of the garlic.
  • 2. Open the can and serve it in a plate finishing with the toasted garlic for decoration.
  • > ‘Vol-au-vent’ com tuna patê
Ingredients:
  • Package of mini ‘vol-au-vent’
  • 1 Can of Bom Petisco Tuna
  • 1 Granny Smith Apple
  • 1 Plain Yogurt
  • Chopped parsley q.b.
  • Lumpfish red caviar q.b.
  • Salt q.b.
  • Pepper q.b.
Preparation:
  • 1. Open the package of mini ‘vol-au-vent’ and place them in a serving plate.
  • 2. Cut a apple in small cubes 3 mm thick. Take the tuna from the box and remove the excess oil, shred it with a fork.
  • 3. In a recipient, mix the plain yogurt, the apple, the tuna and the parsley.
  • 4. Fill in the ‘vol-au-vent’ with the tuna stuffing, finish with a touch of lumpfish red caviar.
