1. Cut the breads in half and remove the inner part.
2. Cut the onion in slim rings. Choose some smaller leaves of basil and put aside.
3. Open the can of mussels and heat them up if you will. Fill in the bread half with some mussels and sauce and finish with some onion rings and a leaf of basil.

Ingredients:
400 g Alentejano Bread
2 Cans of Bom Petisco Tuna
400 g Soft cheese
2 Avocatos
Lemon juice q.b.
Salt q.b.
Pepper q.b.
Preparation:
1. Ina bowl, mix the avocado, the Soft cheese and the tuna with the help of a fork, season it with salt, a few drops of lemon juice and pepper. Save it in the fridge.
2. Slice the Alentejano bread and remove the crust. Spread them in an oven tray. Toast them in the oven at 160 ºC.
3. Finish by alternating a slice of toast and the mixture you have prepared until you obtain two levels.
